RANCH RAISED BEEF

Pasture Raised

All of our cattle are raised in Texas. They are raised in the pasture and have ample access to native perennial grasses.

Grass Developed

Our cattle spend the majority of their lives eating native perennial grasses in our pastures.

Antibiotic Free

None of these cattle have received any antibiotics.

Grain Finished for 120 Days

The cattle are finished on grain for 120 days to enhance the marbling, flavor, and tenderness of the beef. Over 90% of our feed is grown right here on the ranch. We mix the feed ourselves and work closely with a nutritionist.

No Growth Hormones

No growth hormones have been administered to these steers.

Aged for 21 to 28 Days

The beef will be aged for approximately 21 to 28 days. This ensures superior quality beef and maximum flavor.

Buying in Bulk

Our price per pound is calculated on the hanging weight of the steer. Steer weight will vary, but on average we expect a finished steer to weigh approximately 1300 pounds (live weight). Hanging weight is approximately 60% of live weight. While your cost will vary based on the weight of the steer, the prices listed below are estimates based on an average 1300 pound steer. Price estimate includes processing fees.

Whole Beef: $4,368
Half Beef: $2,184

All beef will come frozen and in vacuum sealed packaging. It is important to ensure you have enough freezer space available. You will typically receive about 60% of the hanging weight. While dependent on the size of your steer, you can expect to receive approximately 450 to 550 pounds of beef for a whole beef and 225 to 250 pounds for a half beef. As a general rule of thumb, one cubic foot of freezer space will hold 25 pounds of packaged meat.

Beef shares can be picked up at the ranch or we can deliver beef to certain areas.
